Help with Elyv Fitness — your account, your data, and the people you train with.
Email privacy@elyv.app. We aim to reply within two business days.
It helps if you include the email address on your account, your device and OS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
In the app, open Me → Settings → Delete account. It is a permanent delete with one confirmation step. Your profile, training history, nutrition entries and any health data we stored are removed — you do not need to email us to do it.
Messages between an athlete and their coach are the one place users read each other's words. Open Me → My coach, then long-press any message (or tap the ⋯ on the thread) and choose Report message or Block. Blocking hides content in both directions. To undo it, go to Me → Settings → Blocked accounts. Reports are reviewed by the Elyv team.
The default sign-in sends a one-time code to your email. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder, or tap "Sign in with password instead" on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us and include the address you signed up with.
No. Elyv works without it. Granting Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) permission enables your daily readiness and recovery score, which is why we ask. You can revoke access any time in the iOS Health app (Sharing → Apps) or in Android Health Connect settings, and the app keeps working. We never use health data for advertising and never sell it.
Strava, WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin and Zepp connect from Me → Settings. Each connection is one you start yourself and reads only your own data from your own account. Disconnecting is in the same place.
No. Elyv is a general fitness and wellness app. Readiness and recovery scores are training guidance derived from consumer wearable data. They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician.
If someone is using Elyv to harass or threaten you, report the message in the app using the steps above and email us at privacy@elyv.app so we can act on the account. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
