Delete your ELYV account

Open ELYV → Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.

On the website: sign in and open elyv.app/profile → Delete account.

Email privacy@elyv.app from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

• Your account, profile, workouts, scores, nutrition logs, recovery and wearable data, check-ins, messages, and uploaded videos are deleted immediately.
• Database backups roll over and are gone within 30 days.
• Kept: records that belong to someone else or are needed for safety (a coach’s own client notes, invites sent to your email, reports about content, and feedback you sent us). See the Privacy Policy.
